dispatch your order within 5 working days or less. Emails are sent
on dispatch. All items are opened and checked for damage by our
staff before dispatch. This ensures your gift should be in excellent

item is not in stock, we will back order it for you if you wish to
wait. You will receive an email notifying you of this with an
estimated delivery date. You then have the option to cancel your
order. A full refund will be given. Or if you wish you can exchange
for an item of the same or lower value. If a lower value item is
ordered, the difference in value will be refunded. |
